I started using the Pro Whisk as soon as it arrived to make a cake. It is amazing, the batter came together quickly and I especially like how it scrapes the bottom of the bowl much better than a round whisk. It will work great in a saucepan too.I loved this one so much I also bought the smaller version which came from a different seller. It came in a plastic mailing bag, luckily undamaged, where this large one came in a box, much more better.
